Fun fact: Gentaro Araki, the man behind Alchemic Labo, once designed a doll for Volks. It's the Unoss, one of the most sought-after dolls in the market.

I'm much more interested in Unoa Zero (60cm range) *shrug* but I'm thinking of getting a Unoa Quluts Lusis.

I've really started to favor the mature 40cm style dolls like Narin/Narae, Unoa, and so on.  I like that they can have a more mature body like the 60cm dolls, but they are smaller, and for me with where I live, smaller is a BIG convenience!

Well, now that I've experienced a few different companies' dolls I can answer this question.  I unashamedly admit that my favorite BJD company is Fairyland.  I own three FL dolls now, and every new product they release just seems to create a frenzy.  I love that they've been able to engineer so perfectly tiny dolls with amazing poseability that are also irresistibly cute.  I keep trying to resist every new Fairyland tiny, and they keep calling to me anyway.   I'm trying my hardest right now to resist the PukiFees, but they're just so darn cute!
